Ni Hao, I'm Meiying, the owner of My Sunshine Massage. I am from Yantai, China. Deep muscle massage applied with proper technique provides pain relief from sore or injured muscles.
Circulation is blood flow and this brings healing. Our techniques improve blood flow & facilitate health. Therapeutic massage also helps to produce a calm and relaxing mood as well as rejuvenate and soothe away pain and stress. Regular sessions boost immunity and prevent the body from developing degenerative diseases within the muscles, internal organs and bones.

What I should expect?
This depends on your immediate need.
Generally, with sore muscles, you will feel soothed with an overall sense of relief. You'll have considerable more movement. You will feel deeply relaxed and rejuvenated after your massage. You should feel free of stress with calmness but have good energy.
Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are suggested, if you have a certain time in mind, but an appointment is not required. If you are flexible, drop by--most likely we can make time for you.
Do I unclothe fully?
All of our rooms are private; unclothing is preferred, but we respect your sense of comfort. What's best for you, is best for us.
Do you take debit/credit cards?
All major credit, debit & bank cards are accepted. If you feel our work is better than normal, by all means, show your appreciation. And certainly, if our service is ever below normal, let us know this as well.
Private Shower or Free Table Shower?
We have both. It's your choice...shower before or following your massage.
