This depends on your immediate need.

Generally, with sore muscles, you will feel soothed with an overall sense of relief. You'll have considerable more movement. You will feel deeply relaxed and rejuvenated after your massage. You should feel free of stress with calmness but have good energy.

Appointments are suggested, if you have a certain time in mind, but an appointment is not required. If you are flexible, drop by--most likely we can make time for you.

All of our rooms are private; unclothing is preferred, but we respect your sense of comfort. What's best for you, is best for us.

All major credit, debit & bank cards are accepted. If you feel our work is better than normal, by all means, show your appreciation. And certainly, if our service is ever below normal, let us know this as well.
